How should I treat my leisure batteries during a lay off, I have a solar panel?

if your van isnt under cover then do nowt.....let the panel take care of itself.
assuming its not one of those little 5watt jobbies that sit on the dash.
if you can switch between leisure and engine batteries on your control panel its worth swapping from time to time.
no good having a fully charged leisure if you cant start the engine

- properly 4 years, playing at it for ages
if it's a "wet" battery just make sure that the levels are topped up before lay up!
