Great site at Ledaig. You can have a 4 mile round trip with the dog on the beach. After 2 miles you can stop at the Loch Nell Hotel for a swift half There are other walks nearby but we were only there for one night.

Indeed it is.. we were there in 2007 when we were full time..

Right on the loch side, good size pitches and a bus service from the gate into Oban.. plenty to see and do.. also ferry port for the Islands.

Site also handy for the Broken Link Removed.. well worth a visit.

Across the road there is a lovely walk up the hill.. easy going and you are rewarded with fantastic views..

Not a cheap site.. but usual CC site standards, but if you want something a bit more rural and cheaper there is a good site at the top of the loch .. we moved here after a few days.

Turn left in the village by the primary school, about half way along this road, site on left GPS 56.496357,-5.410736

Plenty of space and also right on the beach..:thumb:
No fancy toilet block or EHU (may have changed since 2007) ..just a nice site with tons of space..
