I want to replace my MR11 10 amp bulbs in the lounge of the M/H . Do I need a 1 for 1 10 amp or can I use a lower amp bulb to get the same effect?:Eeek:

you select how many less you need

You can select the number of less... less or more you need, dependent on the fitting .. some have loads, some have less.

Look at them at a show and get a demo, that way you can see if you need ice white or the warmer white.

Not cheap.. we have had to do 18 in our RV.. at around £9 each that adds up

Bob... plenty of elcheapos from China cheaper.

I assume you mean 10watts, not 10amps ? a 10amp bulb will give a 120watt output.

you generally find an LED bulb will use around 1/10th of the power of a halogen bulb with a similar light output.

I now have 9 led 20watt 'equivalent light output' strips in the Rv using just over 2.5 amps total....the original twin 11watt fluorescent tubes used 2amps each light.
with ALL old lights turned on it totalled 26amps

I searched on e-bay for my LED replacements, they were about £1.95 each delivered for my G4 LED LIGHT, I dont know how much your would be, but check e-bay...

many many years! since I was a kid
start for around £2.60 each on EBay, but best to buy from a uk seller as some of the really cheap chinese bulbs are potentially unsafe
