We will in future make sure we set off with a full tank of fuel.
Having left Loch Fyne today heading for Portavadie and in search of fuel we arrived at nearby Tighnabruaich. Diesel 1.38 but it was closed anyway so we ended up travelling to Dunoon. Got our fuel but the shops were closing so decided to catch the ferry to Gourock. If you are doing this journey the local shops will sell you half price tickets but can't provide a MH ticket so what to do instead is buy a car person return ticket and just submit both tickets for the one way if you are over 5 metres.
Now arrived in Largs for tonight.

Have you been able to plug into 230v supply as yet to see if it's still working off that?

hi , is the avtex telly not 12v , whether run off the 240v power supply or off a 12v socket..
just a thought..i thought that was how mine works but not sure...
ie if it has burnt something out inside it wont matter what is powering it
