on ours if you push it right in till it stops it does leak very slightly the secrete with ours is to push it in then pull it back to the stop , no leaks(y)

Since 2016, caravans before that, folding Caravan, tents before that
Fully open to use. Fully close after flush. Never anything but fully open or fully closed - that gives a tendency to leak. Also top up the seal with silicon spray periodically

We had a similar problem with our Rapido . So we bought a fresh up kit. Still the same.

But, if you look @funflair post with photo, try what we did.......
With a Small Philips screwdriver, tighten up all the screws that are in that upward central area. A bit of a faff if you have short arms or your loo is not on the edge of the bodywork, like ours. We found that all the mechanism that sits on top of the cassette seal/flap was all loose, and not sealing properly. No leaks now, 2 years after the mend.
