Hi we are new to all this Motorhome business, we have a 20year plus vw t4. Problem is the roof has a leak , which is driving us insane. We have reseated the roof as it looked like it had been shot . There is now a tiny drip coming in via the skylight. We cannot see where it’s coming from. We have used dye on the aerial and around the sky light but that hadn’t come through. But when it rains there it is ! Amy ideas on how to hunt down the leak gratefully received.

Make a circle around the roof vent, with Plasticine, clay, even wet kitchen roll, anything to create a dam around it, then fill the inside with water, and see if it appears inside.

Or just pull the roof vent and reinstall.

Do you only have two openings on your roof?
Does it always leak in the rain?
