Been ringing to book with Tesco vouchers and can't get through. Just goes dead on both numbers.
0344 3353535 and 0844 8797088

Anybody know anything or have any other numbers?

That's a bit better. It rings once and goes dead 😂, tried about 6 times on my phone and it's the same on Ann's. Might be a busy time.
 
Rung on the land line (😁 remember them) and a voice says "The other person has hung up beep-beep-beep"

I had same problem when trying to reuse my credit (from cancelled June booking) ,
I eventually wrote a complaint form , quoting how many times I'd rung & what the responce was , Eventually I was contacted back from a supervisor , who sorted it out.

hya - just used the 01303 282061 number myself, took about 5/6 mins to get thru and book, must have been just lucky. Anyway 27th Aug we're off so it's thanks from me as well.

Same here about 45 mins to book a crossing in September,good job the vouchers were worth £75 or it wouldn't be worth it.

Write the 01303 number down for next time then, it's just a folkestone number so included on mobile talktime 👌
 
Agree. - it's very useful if you have to ring from a mobile, especially if not in the UK! 🤣
 
We had a crossing booked for April using Tesco vouchers so when I phoned it was moved to July 1st as a temporary date while we watched and waited. You can’t alter Tesco bookings online so after days of failed attempts last week to contact them which took us way past our travel date I used their contact/complaint form and stressed it wasn’t a complaint but it was the only way I could get in touch and we wished to move our date forward again to September. I got a response three days later apologising for the difficulties and advising me that although my ticket had expired and could therefore not be used to travel they had reinstated it as a gesture of goodwill and moved the date as requested. I was never in any doubt that they wouldn’t honour my ticket
 
Welcome to the new normal and folk working from home. Same thing happened to us.Two attempts as it disconnected after 45mins with a message saying office closed the first time. Second time on the ball at 9.00 and connected within 2 mins
