Le Tartereron is a campsite which allows motorhome in for a reduced rate. They charge 12euros and you get electricity and water included and probably wifi too.
Les Prairies de la Mer is a similar place nearby but it is a residential holiday site with just static chalets.
    Latitude : (Nord) 50.23967° Décimaux ou 50° 14′ 22′′
    Longitude : (Est) 1.67774° Décimaux ou 1° 40′ 39′′
    Enjoy your stay

Planned a one night stop off the tunnel at Gravelines last Friday but thanks to the fruits de mer courtesy of L’Alexandra hotel on the seafront, we ended up stopping 3 nights while I filled the cassette and the washbasin simultaneously :(
On the plus side, Gravelines is a lovely aire and I got to meet fellow Funster I Can’t Remember, sorry I wasn’t much crack mate :)
Down in Diekirch now, still a bit delicate but hopefully back up to speed for some vino in the Moselle (y)

Ugh thats not a nice experience is it?
Only happened to me once in the van, in Morocco. And Gwen was ill too. Toilet seat was constantly warm. Fortunately we had enough Immodium tablets (that turn your insides to cement) which sorted us out overnight.

Can anyone tell me if the Machine at the Le Crotoy Aire (the one where you park in the sandy car park) takes shrapnel as well as one euro coins. We are popping over for the weekend this Saturday and have 5 euros in coins down to 5cents so just wondering if I can use the small coins.
    Thanks

I think it doesn't take copper, but we have used 20cent pieces in it.
