I notice in your specification, you mention a centre awning pole, is that a vertical leg or one that supports the canopy abeam from the van to the frame?

It is a vertical pole that locks into the front rail of the awning. It means you can get a ratchet strap in the middle of the awning without bending the front rail. It makes thing much, much more solid and we have been able to leave the awning out in quite high winds. We always put the awning away at night, but sometimes the wind gets up too quickly to safely wind it in.
We also have the monsoon rafters which support the fabric preventing it from sagging and potentially ripping with the weight of heavy rain. They slot into the front rail and the awning housing.
These are official Omnistor components which we bought at the Lincoln show one year.

Then I get another possible buyer who loves the van but before collection his wife tells hime she doesn't want to go motor homing with him. In fact she doesn't want to go anywhere with him and wants a divorce!

I dont drive because of poor eyesight and Gwen has bad arthritis in her back and cant drive more than two hours without taking painkillers. The painkillers she now has to take all have warnings not to drive or operate heavy machinery.
So sadly the moho has to go
