Whenever i try to look at something or listen to music on youtube or a link......the "buffereing" circle starts, and goes on and on and on, making it useless to listen or watch...is there anything i can do about this? I,m using windows seven.

Sounds like slow internet to me. But someone else might have a better idea.

I suffer the same 1/5 meg broadband at best
Nothing at the worst
Buffering took me 15 mins to watch a 1.4 min y tube
When I needed to change the battery in an I phone
It all depends on distance from your phone exchange
Googl a speed test and you will be supprised at speeds

TBH if you are suffering buffering problems and you have a relatively clean win7 install it will be your net connection as others have already said.

In situation such as this I download before I watch. I use "downloadhelper" for firefox which covers most DRM free stuff.

for the BBC they usually if not always offer a download option.

Not as convenient as click and watch but I always find something else to do while I wait for something to download....
