Any advice on Lake Orta. I've driven past it several times on the way to other lakes and read somewhere it's worth a visit. So any info is welcome - it would be sometime in May. There are 2 ACSI sites - 'Orta' and 'Camping Royal' - which is 'better'? Can you bike to some interesting places? Bus to local towns? Swim and fish in the lake?
