Looking for site recommendations around Lake Como (For car/caravan not a MH). We are not big fans of the big all singing all dancing sites, 'low key' is the word, minimal facilities required eg EHU and somewhere to get water and empty the loo would do!! Doesn't have to be lakeside - anywhere in the area considered.

Might be a tall order for the area but willing to look at anything if something very basic not available.

Our 'van is quite large (7.9 metres) and a twin wheeler but it has a mover.

    Thanks in advance.

La Riva booked today. Just need to book Eurotunnel and transit sites for journey there and back.

    Thanks all.

That looks good. We've only visited Coma by car/bike but this looks good for a MH trip. Maybe not 2016 though, pretty much mapped out now.

    But We Will Be Back.

One reason to visit there is the Moto Guzzi Museum.
