I went for a ride around today and thought there was a lot of pitches available, so I would say you have a very good chance of getting in...

There are probably some empty pitches scattered around the site but not many. There is the aire at Najeros and also the brand new aire one near San Javia

Down amongst the shanty bits then so not the best of pitches. Suffering from coughs and sneezes at the moment so not going far. We are up on J6 at the posh end but we are here for 6 months so deserve it.

It is huge, more like a small town, it’s definitely a funny place, i quite like it as it’s different but most of all it is very quiet where I am... nice and peaceful.

Plenty to do and lots going on ...

Stright opposite the toilet block where the swimming pool is, had the pitch last year and is booked for October 1 this year.

Too true. My brother used to spend all winter there several times. We went to visit him and decided 6 days was enough for us. Dale Farm in the sun ...........

I walked round La Manga and then walked out...
Each to thier own, but I felt too much shade for this time of year.

The air at Najeros (esp. if you park on the big open part) is better. More sun and much less crowded.

Thanks funny I'm sat in the sun on my 100m2 pitch and can't see any people, fences or caravans, all for €11 a night.

As said before it is a "marmite" site. Some people, including my brother, love it. Others don't.

It is certainly a huge site and the pitches are in regimented rows, with lots of them occupied by semi-permanent structures. And parts of it could not in any way be described as attractive, especially parts on the other side of the swimming pool from you.

There were certainly lots of people and lots of caravans and fencing when we were there in March 2014. But it may have changed since then.
