There has been a lot of work done at the municipal site in La Fleche. One of the amenity blocks has been replaced, the hook ups have been modernised and there is now free wifi across the site.

Aaah - I know where you are now! The aire we stayed on is opposite you - the other side of the river - and more importantly - closer to the bars!!! Did look a nice site though

It's a lovely site. Used it before. Also found another lovely municipal site right on the riverside at Muide sur Loire.

I agree with the op. We stayed there for a couple of nights in June. The site is within easy walking distance of the town centre.
