La Bella Vista is a campsite at Manilva, about 400miles south of Benidorm just past Malaga.

Thanks. 400 miles it's a bloody big country Spain int'it.

PS won't be getting that far down I fear, moving on to Totana hopefully tomorrow and then back to around Benidorm in a week or so.

We are getting the ferry to Santander at Easter.

We have 2 weeks and we are driving back. We will probably head for the Med.

We were thinking Taragona for 5-6 nights and then slowly travel North and back up through France to Calais.

Is 400 miles South of Benidorm a bit too far? Is Benidorm a bit too far?

Any advice greatly received. We want to chase a bit of sun, but not at all costs.

Hi Chris

That looks like a pretty good plan to me take your time explore and enjoy and you can keep off most of the toll roads.

A trip down to Benidorm should not take too many days out of your holiday Chris. We arrived at Santander at mid day and made our way to Sobradiel where we spent the night. An early start the next day saw us arrive in Benidorm at about 1pm. To travel the 400 miles south from Benidorm to Manilva would take another 2 days, by the time you got here it would be time to turn around and start heading for home.

Brisey.
