Anyone know why KS energy are not answering calls, replying to messages or emails? Tried for two weeks now to buy a battery

Check the number. I think if I remember correctly they have a wrong number on their website.

Just been speaking to Neal of KS Energy, he suspects he might have had some issues with email, but assures me it's working fine now.

I've left a voice message and sent an email but no joy as yet. ( to be fair first tried contacting Friday)

Question 1, 2 and 3 is yes, yes and yes
the terminal bolt head doesnt protrude above the top of the battery on mine (c200b)
and the measurement is the battery casing

Good point Paul… He can also join in with the lithium crowd and tell everyone without lithium, that you have Lithium, even if they don’t give a sh*t!!! 🤣🤣
