Just recd an e mail from info@worldofmotorhomes.co.uk with an interesting article re KRAKEN tape. Never heard of it but sound like a god send for us guys and gals when on the road. Anyone heard of it or used it??::bigsmile::Eeek:

Just did a search and found the stuff.
It is just self amalgamating tape that is sold by Gaffer under the trade name Kraken

It really is very good at doing what it does and I could not be without a roll in the workshop to seal up any wiring repairs or similar that has been done

started when I was 11 with my parents-forgot to stop!been real one since 1980!
Is it better/cheaper than Rescue tape?

If you need self AMALGAMATING TAPE, try screwfix for a fraction of the price, (under £2 a roll)

Thanks for the info. Just Googled Screwfix to find there is a branch 2 miles from here so will get some tape from there Should save few bob.:thumb:
