Has someone sourced a decent set of shorter cooking knives / utensils maybe - ideal for the Moho ?

IMHO for cooking knives, you can’t go far wrong with the Victorinox serrated plastic handled knives. They’re nice and compact, super sharp, and can be used to cut more or less any foods. I think they’re called tomato knives, but that’s underselling them rather! 🍽

We have the Ernesto too

Thanks guys

Ikea. Got a lot of our utensils from there. (y)

I use a Santoku knife for most things, it has a thin blade so slices everything nicely. lightweight too 👍

Bought mine in John Lewis, their own brand, just one serrated knife with a plastic handle, long enough to cut a loaf of bread but small enough to fit into our box of "stuff" for the kitchen, and I use it for any kitchen food cutting.

I particularly like a certain Prestige knife which has a wooden handle but it was a bit too long for the MH cutlery tray it was stored in so I just cut the end off the handle and smoothed it with sandpaper so it now fits but doesn't prevent it being used at all, I did the same with some of the other longer utensils too. Obviously you can buy shorter ones but sometimes that comes at the expense of smaller blades. For a bread knife I have a 'sausage/cheese' one that I got in France, it has different serrations on each side of the blade to suit whatever type of bread I am slicing and is short enough to fit in the tray.
