Knaus sun ti 650 electrics (1 Viewer)

Looking for advice before contacting the garage. We've recently bought our knaus sun ti 650. (Private sale) Can't get the electrics to work for love nor money. Been plugged into hook up for over 24 hrs but nothing. Lead works, can't see any obvious faults , Can anyone advise?

I think Knaus use an Electroblock distribution system is so a few things to check.
On the front of the distribution box with all the fuses there is a small slide switch that turns the box off & on.
Near the habitation battery there should be two fuses a 50 amp that supplies the main power and a 2 amp the EBL won't turn on if the 2amp one is blown.
