Driving back in my new M/H yesterday, it took a few miles before the cab started to feel warm and it was'nt a cold day. How do keep warm on a very cold day, does the cab heater keep up?

We had a van that got very cold when traveling so I put a curtain track on the ceiling and we had curtains that separated the cab from the living area & it made a huge difference.

If yours is a European RV the vents can also let in the cold as they are made that way for reasons of ventilation.

After travelling about 60 miles, two weeks ago, our thermometer in the back of the MH registered over 70 degrees and that was with only the cab heating on. I think the problem in the cab is the draughts - we've blocked some of the 'holes' up.
