Would folk hang on to a spare set of wheels?

I'm hopefully going to collect my van today. It has decent tyres with alloys fitted and also the original wheels in the back with reasonable tyres. I've not got heaps of storage space and so I'm tempted to ask the dealer if he'd like the spares (it does have a proper spare tyre fitted too).

I'm not sure whether the spares are actually winter tyres I'll check that today too

It's a Renault Trafic (still a van van at the moment) swb high roof sh29 115 on an 07 plate

Picked the van up today, the wheel don't look in the best on nick, I'll have a proper look in the morning. I htink they are 16" wheels though

Save dragging them out the van......just give the dealer £80 out your wallet.
They'll easily sell for £20 each on ebay for the tyres alone.

Ive got 4 16 inch wheels from a fiat ducato maxi 2007 if anyone wants to make a offer

Unfortunately (for me!!) Fiat altered the stud spacing for the Maxi - then altered it again for the latest vans. The upshot, if the info I have is correct, is that 16" wheels off the latest Fiat will replace 15" wheels off the earlier model.

Interestingly my 16" Maxi wheels (2009) fit my mates 2003 Maxi based motorhome. Same stud PCD, same width, same offset. Only difference is the valve location relative to the studs, the 2003 wheels its in line with one of the studs but the 2009 wheels it is in between two studs (at the rim obviously and not in the mounting flange).

Steel and alloy wheels have different bolts, make sure you have the right set for the spares.

Not quite sure what that is meant to prove Tony, I know for a fact that 16" Ducato Maxi wheels from x250 are interchangeable with Maxi x244 wheels because I've done it. My mate currently has my rear wheels on his 2003 motorhome and I have his fronts on mine (comparing different tyres).
