Kayak roof carrier

Hi Every one, can anyone recommend a system for carrying a sit on kayak on the roof of our Chausson? Would like one that can clamp on rather than by fixed into the roof. The kayak is just over4m in length.

The rack itself can be bolted or clamped on to longatudal rails/fixings Kari-Tek would be able to advise I know a number of people who have done this

Hi.. I used a kari tek high lift roof rack for transporting a large touring sea kayak..
You can get J type cradles or the shallow V if you prefere to carry it on its keel..ill post a Picture of each ..
Pretty well a must have if you are on your own..makes loading possible..

the second one is at the car park by shrove lighthouse over in donegal..we had been round to Kinnagoe bay
The first one is somewhere up in shetland

That system might be a good way to fit solar panels? So long as your TILT is always suitable for where the sun is?
