Your system probably defaults to search for the Astra 1 satellite which mostly transmits German channels, with a few English channels.
For British TV you need to search for the Astra 2 satellite. Once your dish is pointing to Astra 2, you may then have to download the full list of channels. If you're using an internal TV decoder, this process can take about 15 minutes.
Perhaps someone with experience of the Kathrein system may be able to help more.
