About to take the plunge and have a satellite system fitted. Having thought a Camos 40 would be our favoured option, we have decided we don't like the appearance of the 'permanent blister', nor the added height penalty. Not keen on a parabolic dish (wind sensitivity) so we are seriously considering the Kathrein CAP 600 automatic planar 'dish' (the one that looks like a diamond).

Before we commit the 'readies', does anyone have any direct experience of this unit please?

(By the way, in case it influences the response, we are not interested in Sky subs, only FTA TV & Radio, and the Iberian peninsula is not high on our list of places to visit. UK, France, Italy, Germany and possibly Scandinavia are the most likely in the foreseeable future.)

Many thanks,
Philip
