We contacted Johns Cross motorhomes with the intention of ordering a Kampa rally air 390 L . Having been informed that the manager was going to a meeting about said awning, and we would have a call back with feedback this came to nothing. As we are in France at the moment we are concerned about availability of this equipment when we arrive back in UK in December as they appear to be pre order only.. This is very surprising as in the past we have experienced excellent service from Johns Cross.
