Kampa Air 260L too short, any ideas??? (1 Viewer)

Hi, We have had a Kampa Motor Rally Air 260L sent to Spain, but when it arrived it is too short.

Does anyone have knowledge of these awnings being sold as 260L (250 - 270cms) but they are in fact 250cms. Both the box and the awning are clearly marked as Motor Rally Air 260L.

Any comments appreciated.

We bought it from Awnings Direct, and we are trying to get them to send a courier to pick it up before we move on to Benicassim.

I understand from another thread that the problem with some of these short awnings is known already, and I really wanted some supporting evidence to show Awnings Direct.

We have not had much luck with awnings this year, first ours was ripped of the motorhome in La Manga, then they send the Kampa to our home address instead of to La Manga (although they had the address and we had paid international postage), when it finally arrived at Almafra it was the wrong size.
