Just had an email saying may subscription has lapsed, I renewed last week and when i look at my profile it shows my membership is good until next year with automatic renewal.
Can you have a look when you have a minute

Yes it's a stupid glitch I have happening.

Let's say you have a 1-year sub ending and you renew it. All is good

Let's say that you didn't renew it, rather you bought a 3-year one instead.

Even though you have a new 3-year sub, the system still tells you that your old one is ending "your subs are expiring" :doh:

It sounds simple, but it's proving to be a sod to sort out.
 
I had a similar issue, paid earlier than necessary , still mail stated membership had lapsed. However i carry on until Jim notifies me or members remark that i am on viewing only then pay up. Never mind only a small issue that can be resolved . I need to concentrate on more world issues.
 
I made mistake of purchasing a new subscription when renewing a couple of weeks early. Didn’t see the “renew” option. Resulted in me losing 2 weeks subs instead of running from the end of existing subscription. Not the end of the world and my own fault. Note to self - read whole of screen more carefully in future!
