'met' and corresponded with Eddie a while back when buying electric bike, and previously in all things MH....originally on MMM using a different user name (Bolero Boy)...

just recently back to Fun and just found this thread and was really jolted...this has come as a massive shock.

my deepest sympathy to the family.....

Haven't been on the forum for a little while so I was shocked to hear of Eddie's passing. I did not meet him in person but he gave me invaluable advice about purchasing a left hooker - his banter made me feel like I had known him for years. Thank you Eddie you will be sorely missed.

I had no idea about Eddies passing. Missed quite a bit of forum time last week, and so didnt pick up this so sad news.
I will miss him greatly. His wit and intelligence shone out of his posts like a beacon, and I always looked forwards to his posts on the many threads he took part on.
RIP mate. Get the beers in.
