Good Morning

Just joined the battery bike gang and have purchased two crosscity Carrera's from Halfords, seem to have good reviews, we were not after specialist bikes, just something to get about on when we are away and these fitted our requirements, picking them up tonight.

I’ve had mine for about 2 months .
We have used it for the last 3 weeks in France ! It’s been great lightweight, easy steering I only ever use it on the first power so the battery lasts a long time . We were folding them every time to put in the garage of our motorhome but just drop the handle bar and it fits in a treat.
Good luck and I must admit it got admiring glances in France ! I did buy a front light and helmet .
As the battery is hidden away they don’t look like battery bikes when parked and chained up!
Good luck and enjoy!:cycle:

Sounds like we made the right choice then, what chain lock did you get, there seems to be a lot of options but most of them have poor reviews?

I was thinking a lock that was a little more mobile that could fit into a bag of some sort, we went for a D lock and cable for now, see how we get on.

Picked the bikes up, had a little go last night as these are the first Ebikes we have ridden, Wife and I very impressed and can't wait to take them away with us, nice and smooth, good power, a very nice all round bike I think, my only gripe is it didn't come with a storage bag.

Now I have to work out if i can get them into the garage whole or do I have to fold them up, job for Saturday as wife wants to get out on them on Sunday.
