Congratulations to Funster Sheriff for completing the British Heart Foundation cycle ride today...

Ably supported by Champers Kath (and toned up at QMJ by fitness coach, JJ) John completed the hilly route of 46 miles in under 4 hours despite suffering dreadful weather including fog and rain.

This feat, now successfully completed, is going to cost those of us who sponsored him, money.
