On our third RVing trip in the UK in 1988, we rented a Sprite XL Major Caravan pulled by a Ford Sierra .
One of the highlights of our trip was a week stay at the Jedburgh Caravan Club in, of course, Jedburgh, Scotland. It was adjacent to a soccer field and was within walking distance of the center of the town. We found the town to be most charming and interesting. We discovered the best Shepherds Pie we had ever eaten in the local butcher shop. The surrounding area had many great historic sites to visit.
And, the sites were £1.80 per night.!!!!!!!!
Now my question, have any of you used this campground? And, is it still operating?

Yes it's still there, although, you might find an increase in the fees :Eeek:

It also has a bus that stops outside the camp site & goes to Edinburgh & if you want to see the Royal Yacht at Leith a further bus from Edinburgh will get you there. A god day out.
