Help. Arrived saint Jean de luz late. Nowhere to o/n anyone know anywhere safe. Please. Happy to pay.

Le Clerc supermarket. Stayed several times no probs. Shop closes at 9pm and closed Sunday.

Try the campsite La Larrouleta 64122 Phone. 0559473784 Route de Socoa ....... off the motorway and up the hill. towards the supermarket, turn right at the roundabout and just along on the right !!!!

There's an Aire there.

We were there in October. As Stealaway says there is an Aire. Not the easiest access, and right between the train station and a main road, but well located for the centre of town - 2 minutes walk to the main square. While we were there we got treated to an unexpected airshow.

The photo posted above by namwaldog shows the aire we stayed at. As you can see, the main road runs along the left of the pic, and the train line runs on the right, (you can see the overhead power cables). Not as noisy as you might fear - and we started to quite like the bing-bong station announcements!
