Absolute idiots they are, reason they say is that its been their long culture to eat whales. Lets start shoving little up kids up chimneys again because we used to do it.

How pathetically ridiculous, I am flabbergasted this day and age.

How we humans are destroying the earth single handledy, no sense, no brains and no future.

Sounds a bit like one of Mr Trumps analogies.

You can bomb and kill as many people as you want but watch out if you want to kill whales. I don’t condone either by the way.

No you can't do either, that's a bit similar to saying you can murder a couple of people with a knife but don't you dare murder hundreds, both are terrible.
Don't highlight anything unless its mass murder of humans then?

Next thing you will be defending the clubbing of innocent seal pups on the beaches.

When the whales are extinct the Japanese will only be around four weeks behind then.
It takes roughly four weeks to starve to death.

Never heard such a load of crap... They hunt whale because its highly profitable.

Yes exactly and here's me thinking that we as a human race had moved on, what an idiot I am.

Did I say either was right?
They will make more fuss about a dead whale then how many are killed in a bombing mission anywhere.

I thought I heard one broadcaster say Norway is to start too.

So why now announce this, so they can kill even more?

That would be my take on it.

You’re only allowed to “harvest” so many in the name of research.
I don’t know quantities but you’d be surprised at how many as in quite a lot.

It could also be followed by the S Koreans according to today’s news.
I’m glad I‘ve had my time as our planet will soon be trashed........wonder if there will be rocket passes to Mars :xsmile:

Watched an amazing documentary a while ago called....... The day the earth stood still. :xwink:

You just never know!!!

Every other species on Earth adapts to a changing environment

We are the only species that has ever been able to change the environment

It's a curse we have to accept and live with.............

No doubt we will destroy ourselves and leave this World ............. will it be a better place?....

............We will never know

Happy New Year.............:D:D:D

The only way they adapt is by reduced numbers (mans killing) or extinction. Man will never be satisfied until the earth is empty of any other living thing .
I for one will never be able to accept that and live with it.

The news I heard was that they were going to resume in their territorial waters. According to Google that's 12 miles all around their land. Providing that this is true then its not quite so bad as them whaling throughout the pacific, arctic and antarctic oceans.

Don't agree with them resuming whaling at all really!

But it wont be 12 miles human nature

Just a little bit of good news on our attitudes to this fragile earth.
