it's only rock'n'roll (1 Viewer)

Hi all,
This probably seems a bit of a daft question but we are looking into buying a campervan some time next spring, and some of the ones we've seen adverts for have a rock and roll bed. Can anyone explain what this is for me, please and are there any advantages to having one of these over any other type of bed? Just goes to show how little we know about the whole thing. We've a lot to learn but I have a feeling we're going to enjoy finding out!

Hi and welcome to the forum.
My RV has a rock and roll sofa/bed, and it relates to the mechanism. You simply release the catch, and the sofa sort of rocks and then rolls out to a double bed. That's the best i can explain it to you.
