I saw a video of the late great John Wickersham demonstrating the same dynamics a while ago. This should be shown to all caravan users or those being tested for their license extension to tow trailers. It's no accident that HGV trailers have they're wheels near to the back of the trailer.

My van feels like that when a high speed lorry or coach goes passed, if I put weight in the garage at the rear wall.
