Is this too cheap?

    Noticed a 2001 Rapido 779m based on Mercedes, only 28.000 miles buy now price £5.200. pictures looked good. surely that cant be right?:whatthe:

    Sounds too good to be true!! I maybe wrong but I do wonder if I click on Buy now, it would be my loss!!

    If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.
    I would avoid it like the plague.

    having bought 2 x rapidos would expect there to be 20g on top of that.

    Definitely a scam . This lister is often on ebay, you can tell him by the sub-title he puts on, always has hyphens between all the words. If you click on it you will notice the website address in your address bar changes.

    i have just bought this item by hitting the buy it now button.
    will be relisting it in about a week for 20 grand more.
    but in the mean time if someone wants to paypal me 15 grand i will let it go save me advertising it :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

    Scam. Sorry. You can only bid once you've emailed the seller with your email address.

    There's no such thing in life as a free Rapido. :)

    I've reported this same scam seller at least a dozen times in the last year, so if ebay investigate as they say they do, how come he keeps coming back. All they do is remove the listing and he puts it on again.

    Same here, I suspect that Ebay do not have any controls in place to flag this type of scam
    .
    Once it's pointed out to then the listing is removed , as you say until the next time

    I wonder just how many of these scams are running as we only spot the motorhome related ones

    motor home purchace

    Hi i have just joined your forum .We are new to motorhomes we have never owned one but we are going to look at one on sunday it is a fiat ducato k reg hobby 624 ak does anybody have any views on these good or bad will be interested to hear.By the way we live in south west France have done so for nealy a year.We feel we want to go traveling so want to start with something like forementioned motor home.
