Sorry to say "nope" He'll just have to change his fuel filter regularly till it's all-gone!
The alternative is to completley drain his tank and refill with fresh fuel.

Diesel floats on water and some tanks have drain taps for exactly than reason. Have a look under the fuel tank, if there's a drain point Leave it as long as you can to allow the fuel to settle, put a bowl underneath and let it drain until it's diesel coming out.
