With all the reporting funsters do on scammers

WHY havent we seen details of anyone being prosecuted


WHY are they still getting away with it

WHAT ARE EBAY DOING - just removing them and not reporting it to the police?????

WILL WE ALL GET TO THE STAGE THAT WE JUST CANT BE BOTHERED TO STOP INNOCENT BUYERS FALLING FOR THESE SCAMS????????

I don't think anything can be done for simply advertising something. Someone has got to have been scammed for any chance of prosecution and most scams are based abroad where the police cannot touch them. Plus a lot of people won't admit that they have been stupid enough to have been scammed, for fear of ridicule.

There was a guy on WATCHDOG last week who paid his money into a fake PAY PAL account,and guess what, his caravan was not delivered by courier as promised. How can you part with money without seeing the goods. BUSBY.
