I have been trying to find a TV with a Blu-ray player built-in. There appears to be loads of choices of TV's with DVD built-in but none with Blu-ray (which is odd). I could always buy separates, but want to keep to minimalistic as possible.
Appreciate your thoughts.

Just my Thoughts..

DVD / Blu ray is old technology .. everything is now being streamed.

I bought a Blu-ray player a couple of years ago.. it's gathering dust now

Get one that plays video from a USB memory stick , you can have 30 films on a 32gb stick.
Or less if you up the resolution.

Probably all new branded tv's will play video now. Ours is Samsung 2013 18" model

Tell me about it, I also spent £150 on 3D glasses for the TV, last thing I watched in 3D was the UK Olympics closing ceremony in 2012. :(

Bit of a digression i know, second 3D TV was passive so no costly glasses, plus I do like 3D films (some) TV can upscale practically anything to 3D and can be quite effective. Don't watch as much 3D as I used to though.
