I just renewed the insurance on my 1 year old MH
NFU was £250 more expensive than the cheapest quote I got BUT they were offering 'a new replacement' vehicle for MH's upto 2 years old. Whereas the other insurers were only offering to pay out the 'market value' of any MH over 1 year old.
Compared to NFU this could be worth thousands of pounds if your MH was written off in the second year.
Other 'cheaper' insurers may be s better option in year 1 as well as subsequent years, but for me NFU was the best option for my 2 year old van

Comfort it's 2 years & premium was 50% less than NFU, I used NFU to get the van home & registered then changed back to Comfort (Comfort won't insure on a VIN unless you are a dealer).

Caravan guard pay out on your valuation when you take the policy out. The premium is based on this figure. I insured my Autocruise for £27000 and when it was written off thats what they paid out...BUSBY.
