Tilley for me also, wear one everywhere. I have 3 - a LT5B, an LT5 and an LTM5. If you have to ask why 3, you have never worn one. And yes, I wear one when driving.

In the mid 80,s I was at to the Annapolis boat show in Maryland and saw a market trader selling nice hats and shorts. The man showing me his merchandise was Alex Tilley himself and convinced me that I needed a hat that could be used as a bail when sinking ( he had obviously heard of my sailing prowess! ) and a pair of shorts that could hold a six pack of beer! I still have the had but not sure what became of the shorts.
