If you click the about us, it's a reseller called outdoor bits based in Devon.

Could be something as simple as a failure with their payment provider which can cause havoc on a Web business, but could be other things too.

Outdoor Bits set up lots of different websites using manufacturers names so many people believed they were dealing with the manufacturers.

The last few months they have had a slew of 1 star reviews on Google. People complaining about the lack of goods after money taken and zero communication. Something certainly has gone wrong with outdoorbits. But its a small family business anything could have happened.
