IR Repeater is flashing but no signals. (1 Viewer)

Set up us this

Teleco 85cm Satellite dish
New Manhattan Receiver box
HDMI TV
IR EXTENDER connected to Manhattan and eye through to above tv

Problem:

Tv works
Sat wOrks
IR signal us flashing
BUT
It doesn’t change channels on TV

IT HAS been doing it until putting it on for news at lunchtime. We are in south east France but the TV is on ITV 4 and I want to watch F1

We’ve pushed and checked all connections and shut down Sat and rebooted all to no avail

Any suggestions please?
