We had a problem with the 1500w inverter yesterday after using the vacuum via it, in an emergency!!! Basically the inverter now clicks as soon as turned on as if it is tripping something. Have taken panel off when disconnected as could see not external curses and all internal 30amp fuses are OK. Think it may have a terminal issue? The power going to it from leisure batteries is around 12.7 v so think that is ok.
As a possibly associated issue the solar panel appears now only to be indicating a constant red light rather than what is the usual red/green alternating. It is a Dutch control unit so u sure what that means but pretty sure not right.
Any ideas?
Thank you n advance...
P.S. Despite this, Spanish Roma gypos in Gastes, a broken awning and lost sunglasses in lake, still fantastic down here in St eulalie

Sounds like you may have damaged your inverter, or possibly just blown an internal fuse. What is the wattage of your vacuum cleaner, we have two at home, the small one is 1800watts and the main one 2500w. Either of these could overload your inverter.
Don't know about your particular solar regulator but if your battery voltage is a steady 12.7v then it looks like the solar panel is not charging your batteries.

the red light is off charge, green light charging, looks like it is fubared along with the inverter.

Check all round your inverter...

Mine stopped working when we got the M.Home, and all it turned out to be a reset button on the inverter... had to look hard and it is so small it just looked like a little black plastic plug... the type they put over screw heads to make them look tidy..
