Can confirm it is a great day out. You may need to park a distance away and unlikely to get into one of the aires by the beach now. Its about an hour west of Calais and has some great displays even at night.
If you are nearby or thinking of it, well worth it

We visited similar a couple of years ago at Fecamp. We stayed the weekend at the Aire and had a brilliant time. Well worth a visit.
