Hi guys,
We have external silver screens which are the dogs danglies, thinking of getting some internal ones for our jaunt to Spain next month, any recommendations ?

Just get a roll of that shiny insulating stuff from B&Q, cut is to size, and fix it between the windows and your blinds. Worked a treat for us in Spain, this year, although we do have a very effective, electric, insulating, front blind on our A Class.

The 'Dogs do da's' also do the job on a sunny day. Internal blinds have already let the heat into the van, whereas the external blind does not let that happen.

My van came with the internal ones, they were a waste of time I found.

Since 1964 Gosh that makes me feel old.
I've always stuck with the internal ones for a few reasons, first of all we live in rural Scotland & if we arrive on a site or wild camp in the evening, the last thing you want to do is be wandering around feeding the midges whilst wrestling with external blinds. The second reason is privacy, if some creeping jesus wanted to look into your vehicle, externals are next to worthless.
Internal ones keep out the heat & insulate in the winter too, but its each to their own.
