I do believe you can see outside through the flashes.

Thats most likely a French Notin I saw them at Dusseldorf last year and they had that window blind system.

Page 54-55 shows the windows, I wouldn't worry about the flashes as this will be with the security screens down.

The one I am looking at is basically the catalogue so each "page" is actually a double spread and is numbered twice in the bottom right the last page is 66-67.

They had some interesting features from what I can remember but not the prettiest A class IMO.
