do anyone know if you can takeout legal insurance to cover youself in a court case against losing.

It depends whether you are the defendant or plaintiff:Eeek:
if your the defendant it also depends on reason for court case
Some houshold policy have legal protection also some business insurance also have a defence policy in place
If on the other hand, your thinking of sueing somone and want protection against loosing, you already have a weak case and should think again.
In my opinipn no insurer would take that on:Eeek:

I and my solicitor think I have a very good case but,at the end of the day if the judge dont agree with us then I would be libel for all costs £3000.00 to £10.000.00.
so I dont know what to do if I cant take out insurance I havent got that type of money anyway.
