do anyone know if you can takeout legal insurance to cover youself in a court case against losing.
It depends whether you are the defendant or plaintiff
if your the defendant it also depends on reason for court case
Some houshold policy have legal protection also some business insurance also have a defence policy in place
If on the other hand, your thinking of sueing somone and want protection against loosing, you already have a weak case and should think again.
In my opinipn no insurer would take that on
I and my solicitor think I have a very good case but,at the end of the day if the judge dont agree with us then I would be libel for all costs £3000.00 to £10.000.00.
so I dont know what to do if I cant take out insurance I havent got that type of money anyway.
