I seem to remember reading that most motor home insurances dont cover you for Croatia - have I made it up or is it true???? We are leaving next weekend HELP any info gratefully received. Travelling from Amsterdam down through Germany, Slovenia etc any tips?

Should state any exceptions in your policy details.

I have read of some that don't but its going to be policy independent. I guess giving them a ring is the best answer.

I can see why you're thinking that Crocia may be excluded.

What is generally known is that you are covered for the "European Union". Which is where confusion may lie.

I can tell you that we can arrange cover for the following:

• Any member of the European Union
• Croatia
• Iceland
• Liechtenstein
• Norway
• Switzerland

I would agree that you should check with your current insurer, but if you think we can help, please let us know.

Spoke to my insurers today and I need to have an old fashioned green card which they are issuing otherwise Im covered.
